Riva Olympic

Riva is a mark of motorboat, created by the Italian builder Carlo Riva at the beginning of 1950s to compete with the American mark Hacker-Craft which reigned in the domain since the 1930s. Carlo Riva visited the United States in 1951 and returned inspired by the boats Hacker-Craft that he had seen on the American lakes and in Hamptons, in quoted by New York.

Olympic is the successor of Great Florida, drawn in 1968, the year of the Olympics of Mexico City, where from it pullsits name. Riveted built his last wooden boat, Riva Olympic, 274 specimens produced until 1983.

Ideal for excursions, shooting of movie publicity and for the water-skiing, temporary transfer can transport up to 6 persons and an autonomy of 5 hours.
